Elaf Business Center Development Agreement – Riyadh

We are pleased to announce the signing of the development agreement for the Elaf Business Center project with Al-Nefaie Investment Company in Al-Yasmeen District, Riyadh. The project covers a land area of 8,000 m² and features 15,000 m² of leasable space, 500 parking spaces, as well as landscaped green areas and private gardens. The development is designed to serve government entities, major corporations, and investors, offering a sustainable business hub that enhances the work environment and investment landscape. The development work is expected to be completed within 12 months from the signing date of the agreement.
