He hails from a prominent family and is a founding partner of Na’adim Al-Asr Real Estate Company, where he has played a pivotal role in establishing and executing numerous private real estate projects. The company currently owns over 500,000 square meters of property. Dr. Al‑Othaib also holds a fellowship from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.

Mr. Ismail bin Mohammed
Al‑Dubaikhi

Mr. Al‑Dubaikhi is a distinguished leader in the real estate development sector, with over twenty years of experience in development, marketing, and brokerage. He comes from a prominent family and is a founding partner of Na’adim Al-Asr Real Estate Company, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and executing numerous private real estate projects. The company currently owns more than 500,000 square meters of developed land. He holds membership in the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), reflecting his expertise and commitment to global standards. Mr. Al‑Dubaikhi has contributed to the founding of several real estate companies aimed at advancing the sector from within and currently serves on the boards of five real estate investment funds in the Kingdom.

Eng. Mishari bin Ali Al‑Sulaiman is one of the founding partners of Na’adim Al-Asr Company and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate construction. He has applied his technical and managerial expertise to support the company’s growth and enhance its operational efficiency. He has delivered numerous specialized and accredited training courses in real estate valuation, appraisal, financing, and mortgage, in collaboration with several government entities. Eng. Al‑Sulaiman has founded several organizations serving various aspects of the real estate market and currently holds an active role in the Saudi Association for Real Estate Sciences.
